Presentation Objectives:
● Increase awareness and understanding of California’s State Disability Insurance and Paid Family Leave programs and other family leave rights.
● Increase understanding of how to help patients navigate the laws and programs that grant California workers job protection, wage replacement, as well as pregnancy, and lactation accommodations.
● Increase understanding of why and how prenatal providers can integrate family leave rights into patient care.
● Share strategies and ideas for how best to inform your prenatal community.
