Parent Engagement Alameda CCS/Family Resource Navigators presentation:
- Participants will be familiar with the CCS Performance Measure: Parent Participation
- Participants will be able to identify 3 activities that would meet the Parent Participation Measure
- Participants will be able to identify 4 activities Family Navigators can perform to assist clients in transitioning to adult health care services
