This is the first part of a two-part training. Content for this training will include: use of the logic model for developing and assessing program interventions; and developing measurable and realistic objectives.

*FHOP strongly encourages your health jurisdiction to bring a team of 2-3 people, specifically, those working on program
evaluation.
** Priority will be given to participants who sign up for Program Evaluation 1 and Program Evaluation 2

Objectives
At the end of the one-day program, the participant should be able to:
  • Articulate current concepts in evidence-based public health for public health evaluation
  • Describe when and how to use a logic model and provide practice in the use of a logic model framework for developing and assessing program interventions
  • Review and provide practice in developing measurable and realistic objectives
